Still Problems at Novo Park Slope with the Boymelheat

February 27th, 2009 · 4 Comments

A month ago, Brownstoner reported the presence of a big porable steam generator outside the Novo Park Slope on Fourth Avenue. Well, a check yesterday, reveale that it is still there, leading one to conclude that there are big Boymelheat issues at work. We can’t wait to see the summer brings in terms of the Boymelconditioning. Also, apropos of nothing, people are wondering why the dog run at the Boymelpark behind the building has no seating for people. Just another one of those details (like lack of lighting and barking dogs outside luxe condos( that went into planning the structure.

I could have sworn I walked by earlier in the week and the truck was no longer there.

the dog run also has no water source for the dogs, although there was a pit dug for it and subsequently covered up by a metal grate and then a garbage can.

It amazes me that people buy up crappy apartments like these without checking to see that they are built properly. I wonder what things are going to be like in 10 years.

I feel bad for the people in the building that have terraces overlooking the dog run. Come summer, the smells and sounds wafting up from the run will be no good.
