Looks like Love=? at 162 Fifth Avenue is going to the great shopping fest in the sky, at least if the close out sale signs in the window are any indication. Unclear if it’s poor business, increased rent or recession-related.

They had cute things but you could get a lot of the same stuff on Fulton Street for cheaper. And once I went in there right after the fish restaurant next store put out its trash and the terrible fishy smell got so bad that people were complaining and leaving. There was nothing the people who worked there could do about the smell but wait for the trash to be collected.
