While the fact that there are John McCain voters in Park Slope was so amusing to the Times that it made the paper, there may be more than we think. This, in fact, could be behind Park Slope Parents censorship of political discussion, because the Brookynian board is where some of the pro-McCain sentiment is showing up. there are plenty of republicans in NY. Fortunatley thanks to the electoral college their votes will never mean anything. NY and especially Brooklyn is Obama country. If these McShame and Caribou supporters want to make a difference they should go live among the rednecks in a red state.
