We know that bars in residential parts of the neighborhood tend to really upset Carroll Gardens residents, but how about TV commercial for Microsoft? Would an Apple shoot tick off fewer people? In any case, Thursday is Bill Gates Day on Carroll Street.

film permits numbers issued with a C in the prefix indicate a commercial.

Well MS is done out of San Francisco’s McCann. And a bunch of the AD’s used to live in Brooklyn.
Thing is 5am to 11pm is a LOOOONG time, even TV spots.
Maybe this is a film about MS? Microsft even.
