We’d have to say this looks like a case of dog theft, which is clearly on the rise. This pup was taken from outside Sunac on Union Avenue in Williamsburg.

just goes to show you…DONT LEAVE YOUR ANIMAL TIED UP ALONE OUTSIDE! you wouldnt leave your purse or an unlocked bike outside while you shop…does your pet have no value to you?

Another IDIOT who carelessly left their pet tied unattended. Poor dog. Stupid, irresponsible human.
TAKE YOUR DOG FOR A WALK, AND LEAVE YOUR DOG HOME WHEN YOU CARVORT AROUND YOUR ‘HOOD.
YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO HAVE A PET.
