Look, it’s a promotional video for a development in Boerum Hill and it’s trying to sell you condo. That having been said it’s worth watch to either (a). check out the condos or (b). laugh at the marketing attempt.

I think they must be weaving this building out of hemp or something, because I think it’s been at least 2 years since they started it and it doesn’t look anywhere near done. If building green takes that long, I fear it’s never doing to catch on.
