But latte-loving Andrew El-Khadi said he will keep fighting, despite the chain’s announcement that its Third Ave. outlet will soon be closing. Saving the cafe has become a passion for El-Khadi, who’s been passing out flyers and has started an online petition to keep the Starbucks open…Though the coffee titan is “humbled” by Khadi’s gesture, the decision to close the store is final, said a Starbucks spokesman.
