“There was a massive youth street battle yesterday right by the Williamsburg Bridge street entrance, that ended with some bloodied faces and frightened cops. A reader wrote in and said that while sitting at a traffic light just outside Ortis funeral home, they saw a bunch of kids (12-15) acting rowdy and yelling, while a funeral was going on! I doubt the cops were afraid and if they were I am sure i know why. Probably because all the hypocrite whiners who either complain the cops are not taming these young knuckleheads OR the other hypocrites who would demean the cops for actually reprimanding young punks. Cops cannot win there. Whiners are always on both sides of the fence who want the cops to run their lives….and when th ecops actually do those same idiots complain about the cops.
