A strange little short film shot in black and white on the Coney Island Boardwalk that ends in Dumbo.

Not to point out the obvious, but they’re paying homage to the work of Sergio Leone. The music by Ennio Morricone is lifted straight from the soundtrack of Once Upon A Time in The West, and the boardwalk at Coney Island even has the same look as the opening gunfight in that film which takes place at a train station. The reason it shifts to Dumbo at the end is to reference his last film Once Upon A Time in America and the iconic shot of the young hoods walking on the street with the Brooklyn Bridge behind them. This was also used as the poster image for the movie.

I give this one a B for effort and for the fact that it was shot on film. Those dumb captions just about ruin it for me tho.
